Firstly, you will need to check your account balance is in credit. Once the usage of electricity goes beyond your account value your supply will automatically cut off. You can set up email alerts to ensure when your account goes below a set figure you are automatically notified.
If your account has available credit, you will need to speak to your provider for further investigation.
In the meantime, if another socket is available, you can plug into this, ‘arrive’ at the socket and continue to draw power; should your provider allow you to do so.
You can access your account from anywhere in the world with access to the world wide web, any smartphone, tablet, laptop, or computer is compatible.
